A holistic & collaborative approach to Mental Health
Access Wellness Center provides evidence-based, culturally sensitive mental health therapy and education to the community. Our team of experts take on a client-centered approach, tailoring treatment to the specific needs of the individual, couples, family and communities.
Counseling Services
It is our mission to increase access to quality mental health care. We make the process easier for you and your loved ones to get the help they want and the services they deserve. We provide mental health therapy and education in schools and in personal homes. Our services are also available on-site and via telehealth at our Center in Fridley, MN.
We encourage our clients to combine multiple forms of therapy in order to benefit from a multi-faceted approach.
Group Therapy
We offer therapy groups for teenagers and adults across a variety of topics:
teenage life – relationships – grief
depression – life skills
Family Therapy
We’re here to assist family members in improving communication, settling conflicts and healing.
Individual Therapy
Our one-on-one therapy sessions are client centered, where we meet the unique needs of each individual.

Access Wellness Center’s mission is to provide non-judgemental, client-centered treatment services that balance all aspects of our patients lives including emotional, cognitive, physical, spiritual and relational well-being.
